Shipping & Returns
We make every possible attempt to process your order as quickly as possible. Please note shipping times quoted on our website are for transit time once the item is actually mailed. Most orders will ship with in 1 business day, however sometimes circumstances might delay a shipment (office closures, holidays, item must be retreived from our warehouse, item is back ordered etc.) If an item is back ordered or not available an attempt to reach you will be made via email. Please make sure you register with an email address you check on a regular basis as this will be our primary form of contact. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us so we may note this in our system and immediately check for inventory availability. Overnight orders are guaranteed for next business day and must be placed by 2pm EST. Overnight guaranteed applies to business days only.
YES, we ship worldwide, however international shipping costs have gotten very high. If you decide to order directly form us please understand that there may be customs fees due from you depending on your country. The payment of customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and your package may be held in your country until those fees are paid

Return and Exchange Policy
We want everyone to be happy with that they purchase from Purple Pixies. However if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item you may do so with in 15 days from shipment date. In order to qualify for a return or exchange item must be returned in orginal, sellable, and unworn condition with all Purple Pixies tags still attached. We will not accept returns of any times which have been used, are soiled or have been washed. Please note, you are responsible for freight charges back to our warehouse unless we have made a mistake in shipping (wrong color, damage, wrong size etc). We suggest to ship the item(s) with a carrier where you may track the progress of the shipment and purchase insurance if necessary as we can not be responible if items are lost in transit.
If you'd like to return or exchange go to http://return.clicksit.com/shop/purplepixies and submit a return request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You are responsible for return freight charges for your exchange order unless we are at fault. Please include the original packing slip with your exchange with your return request # clearly written on it.
ONCE A RETURN REQUEST IS APPROVED PACKAGE MUST BE POST MARKED WITH IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS, OTHERWISE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED
IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN MAY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT DELAY IN PROCESSING
Items purchased as a FINAL SALE or flash sale (via facebook or on the website are) FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items sent for return will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for refund processing.
Return and Exchange Processing
Returns and Exchanges will be processed with in 5 business days of receiving your orginal item back at our warehouse. If the item(s) are to be exchanged a $5 shipping fee (for orders with in the USA) and a $20 shipping fee (for orders going international) will be charged to your card or invoiced to you via paypal and items will be shipped as soon as that is paid)
For faster processing and guarantee of your exchanged size we recommend placing a new order. Your original order will be refunded.
Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased in person at tradeshows/conventions/competition/events are not eligible for return once the event is over.
